How TravelHood works

From one search to a conversation with the owner, in four steps.

Give us your website. We draft the profile.

What the preview shows, step by step

  1. The operator gives its website.
  2. The first fields fill in from the website.
  3. Every field is filled, with its source, and five questions are answered.
  4. The operator edits a field.
  5. The profile is ready to check.
  6. Validated and published.

Product preview

Preview: a tour operator adds its website and gets a draft profile with its name, activities, places and languages, each with its source. It answers five questions and publishes only after checking it.

Not on TravelHood yet? Your message still reaches them.

The rules we keep

  • Business information only.We keep the company name, what they run, where, and the business contact details they publish.

  • Our privacy notice says where their details come from.

  • No public page for a business that has not joined.Visitors who are not signed in see at most its name, country and activities in a search. The full card is for signed-in members, and never for search engines.

  • One email per request, never a mailing list. When someone asks to reach a business that has not joined, we send that business one email with their message. We never add it to a list.

Why one email, and only one

A request to a business that has not joined is a message from the company that wrote it, not a TravelHood campaign. We deliver it once, say who we are and why they got it, and make saying no as easy as saying yes. No reminders, no follow-up sequence, no newsletter.
